About
One island.14 countries.
JK is a Spanish open format DJ based in Malta, where he holds a season residency, and on the road the rest of the year.
He has played clubs, beach clubs and festivals across Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America: from Gianpula and Aria Complex in Malta to Zrće in Croatia, Bali, Bogotá, Paris, Tokyo and Nairobi. Different countries, different crowds, the same job: read the floor and keep it there.
The set is built around reggaeton, dembow, hip hop and the commercial anthems that never fail, and opens into latin tech, afro house and techno depending on the venue and the night. He works the mic at the key moments, never over the whole set.
Where JK has played
14 countries.100+ venues.
A jungle party in Hiriketiya. A rooftop in Bali. Zrće at four in the morning.
A boat off Ayia Napa. Naivasha, in the middle of Kenya. Bogotá, Mérida, Buenos Aires.
And the Main Room at Gianpula, every single summer.
Different venues, different rules, different crowds. The job never changes: get them up early and never give them a reason to sit down.
Malta
DJ in Malta,every season
Malta is JK's base. He holds a season residency on the island and plays its clubs, beach venues and boat parties through the summer, in front of a crowd that changes nationality every week: Spanish, Italian, British, Scandinavian, all in the same room.
Every summer Sunday he is the resident DJ at Move It, with more than 3,000 people on the floor, and he has become a reference for Spanish parties in Malta, in the island's clubs and on its boat parties.
That is the training ground for everything else: if a set works on a Maltese summer floor, it works anywhere.
Available in Malta for clubs, boat parties, hotel and beach events, private events, weddings and corporate bookings.

One spectrum.Not a menu.
Knowing a lot of genres is not the skill. The skill is the transition between them.
Reading which point of the spectrum a room needs on a given night, and moving there without losing the floor. That is the whole job, and it is why the same DJ works in Bogotá, in Tokyo and on a Maltese beach.

About JK
Who is JK?
JK is a Spanish open format DJ based in Malta, with 8 years behind the decks. Every summer he is the Sunday resident at Move It, with more than 3,000 people each week, and he has played more than 100 venues across 14 countries. His sets move between reggaeton, dembow, hip hop, commercial EDM, Latin tech, afro house, tech house and techno, built live for each crowd.
How long has JK been a DJ?
JK has been DJing for 8 years. In that time he has played more than 100 venues in 14 countries, from Malta and Spain to Croatia, Colombia, Mexico, Kenya, Indonesia and Japan, and he has made Malta his base, playing the island's main clubs and boat parties every summer season.
Which languages does JK speak?
Spanish, English and Italian. That matters on the mic and with the crowd: in Malta the same room mixes Spanish, Italian, British and Scandinavian audiences, and JK can talk to each of them, and to promoters and venue staff, in their own language. Bookings can be handled in any of the three.
Malta
Where does JK play in Malta?
Practically every major venue on the island: all the rooms at Gianpula, Aria Complex, Havana, Clique, QUBE, Shadow Club, Passion Club, Palm Beach, Infinity by Hugo's and Tigullio, plus Malta's boat parties. Malta is his base and he plays there through the whole summer season, from weekly club nights to daytime parties on the water, in front of crowds that change nationality every week.
What is JK's residency in Malta?
Every summer Sunday JK is the resident DJ at Move It, with more than 3,000 people on the floor each week. The residency runs through the whole season, in front of a crowd that mixes Spanish, Italian, British and Scandinavian audiences, and it is where his open format is tested at full capacity.
Is there a Spanish DJ for Spanish parties in Malta?
Yes. JK is a reference for Spanish parties in Malta, playing the Spanish nights at the island's clubs and boat parties every summer. He mixes the reggaeton, Latin and Spanish hits that Spanish crowds expect with the open format that keeps an international room moving, and he can host the night in Spanish, English or Italian.
Does JK play boat parties in Malta?
Yes. Boat parties are a regular part of JK's summer in Malta, alongside clubs and beach venues, including the Spanish boat parties of the season. A set on the water needs the same skill as a club: reading an international crowd fast and keeping the energy up from departure to return.
Bookings
What kind of events does JK play?
Club nights, festivals, boat and beach parties and season residencies, from peak-time slots to full-night sets. He is booked by clubs, promoters and agencies across Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, with dates from Zrće Beach in Croatia to Lions Pride Festival in Mexico. Private events, weddings and corporate events are taken on request.
What music does JK play?
Open format with an urban core: reggaeton, dembow, hip hop and commercial EDM, moving into Latin tech, afro house, tech house, bounce and techno when the room asks for it. The set is not prepared in advance: it is read from the crowd, which is why the same DJ works in Bogotá, in Tokyo and on a Maltese beach.
What technical setup does JK need?
A standard club setup: Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS players or higher, linked, with a Pioneer DJM-900NXS mixer or higher. The full technical rider is sent together with the press kit on request, so it can be checked with the venue before the date is confirmed.
Does JK play outside Malta?
Yes. JK has played in 14 countries: Malta, Spain, Croatia, Italy, France, Poland, Cyprus, Kenya, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Japan, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico. He is available for international dates, and travel and accommodation are agreed for each booking as part of the written offer.
